Workstream TalentCenter for the Enterprise provides a unified
view of all of Workstream's offerings including recruiting,
benefits, performance management, compensation and rewards.
It is a role-based Talent Management portal that provides
single sign-on authentication to all licensed applications
and services. This unified approach creates a seamless
user experience and facilitates rapid user adoption of the
many Workstream applications and services a customer may
choose. Because the Workstream TalentCenter is a hosted
solution, Workstream manages all of the integration and
services complexities behind the scenes.
The Workstream TalentCenter aggregates and integrates all
of the relevant applications, content, and services for
core workforce management processes. Addressing all key
phases of the employee lifecycle, Workstream TalentCenter
meets the needs of a broad range of constituencies:
- For Managers the TalentCenter provides a single,
consolidated view of all of the content and applications
necessary to manage people within large global organizations
or small project based teams.
- For Employees the TalentCenter provides an
easy to use, simple, and personalized view into their
content and applications to streamline their day-to-day
