Workstream Expands Into Southeast Asia with Training Vision Partnership

New Distribution Agreement Leads to Global 2000 Electronics Company Selecting Workstream On-Demand Competency Management Solution

Burlingame, CA and Singapore – November 14, 2007 - Workstream Inc. (NASDAQ: WSTM), a leading provider of on-demand compensation, performance and talent management solutions, today announced a new distribution agreement with Training Vision, a leading provider of training and learning services based in Singapore. The relationship will allow Training Vision to resell the Workstream Competency Dictionary, Workstream Performance Management and Workstream Development offerings to corporations, governments and non-profit agencies in Southeast Asia.
