Michael Mullarkey, Executive Chairman and CEO

Mr. Michael Mullarkey was re-appointed to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of Workstream Inc. (the “Company”) in November 2009, bringing over 20 years business experience in building and combining companies with synergistic skill sets, rapid growth and profitability objectives. Mr. Mullarkey is also the Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors, a position he has held since November 2001. Mr. Mullarkey had been Chief Executive Officer from April 2001 until April 2007.

Prior to joining Workstream, he was a major investor in Allen And Associates Inc., one of the largest full service outplacement and marketing firms in the United States, delivering career transitioning and recruitment services. In this capacity he has been an investment advisor for a number of start-up enterprises focused on Web-enabled technologies, management consulting, human resources and software development. Mr. Mullarkey previously spent eight years at Sony Electronics, USA (NYSE: SNE), holding a number of senior management positions, including general manager and vice president for the $1.5 billion Business Solutions Company division, where he handled all business-to-business corporate sales activities. He continues to serve as strategic technology advisor on emerging technologies for companies such as Sony Electronics, Antec Corporation, and The Prime Group.

In 1998 Mr. Mullarkey co-founded and was managing director of IT Mergers & Acquisitions LLC (IT M&A), an investment capital group managing private equity funding and investing in emerging technology markets and organizations specializing in information technology. Before co-founding IT M&A, he was senior vice president of sales and marketing for Allin Communications (NASDAQ: ALLN).

Ginger Simpson, Vice President Corporate Operations

Ms. Simpson is an accomplished management professional and held positions of increasing responsibility within Workstream. With over 25 years of experience, she is the catalyst for organizational effectiveness and day to day operational excellence. She leverages the brilliant talent for Workstream's competitive advantage and has the crucial responsibility of harnessing the company's intellectual capital through open communication, employee recognition and maintaining a culture of competence and collaboration.

Prior to joining Workstream in August 2006 as Director of HR, Ms. Simpson spent 10 years with FedEx as an HR professional in the field at FedEx Express and FedEx Ground. She is also a retired Navy Master Chief, where her last position was the Director, of the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy, in Newport, Rhode Island. Ms. Simpson also served for three years as the Chairwoman of the Equality Management Committee for Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services for the Department of Defense.

Ms. Simpson is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the 2010 President of the Executive Women's Golf Association - Orlando Chapter. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in Workforce Education and Development and Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Webster University in St. Louis, MO. She is an avid golfer and international traveler.

Jerome P. Kelliher, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jerome P. Kelliher is Chief Financial Officer at Workstream and is responsible for the company’s overall finance operations, including accounting, tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and investor relations. Prior to joining Workstream, Mr. Kelliher served in various positions domestically and internationally with Ernst & Young, culminating as an audit partner in E&Y’s Moscow, Russia office. He has over 13 years of experience in working with technology companies, primarily software, both public and private. Mr. Kelliher holds a MS in Accountancy from Bentley College Graduate School of Business and a BA in Finance from St. Anselm College, and is a Certified Public Accountant, as licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a member of the AICPA, MSCPA and AAA.

Anne Cheevers, General Manager

Anne Hunt Cheevers is the General Manager of the Career Networks division, comprised of 6FigureJobs.com and Allen and Associates.

With more than 20 years in content and professional services industries, Anne has extensive strategic marketing and operating experience, which includes the development of new ventures. Most recently she was Principal at PartnersDirect in Fairfield, Connecticut. Anne has also held senior marketing and content positions at McGraw-Hill, Cendant Membership Services, Simon & Schuster, and Vertrue.

A graduate of the University of Chicago, Anne resides in Fairfield, CT with her daughters.

Tushar Ghoshal, Vice President Products and Hosting

Mr. Ghoshal is responsible for Talent Center product strategy, technology vision, R&D and enterprise cloud hosting.

Mr. Ghoshal joined Workstream in 2003. Since his recent promotion, he drives the architecture in our cutting edge technology. Through coordination of the overall product direction and fulfillment of Workstream’s Talent Center, Mr. Ghoshal heads the overall IT strategy, on-going re-engineering efforts, and enterprise application planning.

Prior to Workstream, Mr. Ghoshal served as Sr. Software Engineer and Architect at Second Foundation Inc., and he served at Tata Consultancy Services in various software engineering capacities.
