The success of Workstream is built on the concept of community. Our Distribution and BPO Partners serve as a critical component within that community and are often the face of Workstream to our customers. We reward our Distribution and BPO Partners for participating in the Workstream community.
Workstream's success is based on a growing community of partners including Distributors, Agents, Value-Added Resellers and BPO Partners, who are committed to our talent management vision. Growing the Workstream Partner Network within that community is critical to our go-to-market strategy and our customers' overall success. Our Distribution and BPO Partnership programs allow Workstream to align with our partners' business strategies while providing increasing levels of benefits as our mutual partnership grows.
Our on-demand suite of Workstream TalentCenter products delivers a broad array of functionality to organizations that allows them to manage their entire employee lifecycle from 'hire to retire'. Workstream's solutions can be complimented by Distribution and BPO Partners who not only can perform set-up and configuration of the Workstream products but also provide value added services around change management, training, report development, security and systems integration.
Workstream also offers several types of OEM licensing for Distribution and BPO partners interested in a higher level of integration with their own product and services offerings.
Becoming a Workstream Distribution or BPO Partner is great way to gain access to the latest talent management solutions in the market and build profitable relationship with Workstream. A Distribution or BPO Partnership involves the investment of resources to become certified in the installation and management of the complete line of Workstream TalentCenter solutions as well as minimum annual revenue commitment. In addition, if you have a qualified sales opportunity to pass along to Workstream, you are eligible to receive a standard referral fee for opportunities that close within 12 months of acceptance.
Workstream Distribution and BPO partners provide many of the following capabilities including consulting, implementation, integration and migration, outsourcing and hosting services.
Become a Distribution or BPO Partner
1. Complete the Partner registration form. Workstream will review and when approved you will be e-mailed the Workstream Distribution or BPO Partner Agreement.
2. Review, sign and fax the Workstream Distribution or BPO Partner Agreement to 1-650-340-2701.
3. After your Agreement is received, you will be sent a Workstream Partner Network Welcome Kit with instructions on how to schedule your kick off meeting and then you are ready to go!
